1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
StatFlow provides hosted metrics tracking, visualization, and alerting services via a web dashboard and REST API. We offer free and paid plans with varying limits on stats, data points, retention, and features.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, and passwords. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including API usage from your keys.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) send data that contains personal health information (PHI) or other regulated data without appropriate agreements in place; (c) attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use the Service to compete with StatFlow.
5. Pricing & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in US dollars. If you exceed your plan limits, we will notify you and may throttle API requests until you upgrade. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data Ownership
You own your data. We claim no ownership over the metrics, stat names, or any other data you send to StatFlow. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance windows. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or delays.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
